Finally !! Bakery gonna close shop for a while. I feel I successfully made the buns :) using PLAIN FLOUR🍞
- key notes : don't wait for oven to preheat. Jitao masuk. Due to my oven temperature using fan forced 170c 15 mins.
- when knead , need to check the yeast get really binded well.
- due to weather cold, need to wait to it really poof double size. Not by the 1hour mark
- milk wash really cannot a lot. Really need to control hand strength.
- milk room temp ... Next time will try with warm milk
- 250g yield 490g. Divide by 9. Approx 54g satu Somehow I think I need to activate yeast next time first , combine with the ingridieents then masuk machines knead be better. Next experiment when yeast and bread flour is more conveniently available ☺️
