Orange Chiffon Cake

Baking Time: 70 minutes (170c) or 50-60 mins (180c) -> adjusting to your oven
INGREDIENTS
- 7 egg yolks
- 50 g (¼ cup) caster sugar -> maybe i can reduce to 40g next time
- ¼ tsp salt
- 4 tablespoons cooking oil
- 2 tablespoons grated orange rind
- 60 ml (4 Tbsp) orange juice
- 110 g Cake Flour (but if don' have then use self-raising flour)
- 7 egg whites
- ½ teaspoon cream of tartar (or 1 tsp lemon juice)
- 130 g (2/3 cup) Caster sugar
