Ingredient:
- carrot / sweet potato / butternut (Orange)
- brocoli (green)
- Potato (Yellow)
- Meat (chicken meat - i use thigh or Pork)
- Rice 1/4 cup
- Dried scallop / Anchovies / Silver fish
- Onion (best to have but tigerbaby doesn't seem to quite like onion..)
- one teaspoon of Miso paste (optional - if after the porridge is done and the taste is still blend)
Method:
All ingridients into a pot (with about 3 cups of water) on medium heat until see it is boiling. turn fire down to low to shimmer for about 20-30 mins or until the rice breaks down.
Remove scallop before serving - and eat it ourselves!! hehehe
But to make a better porridge, need to add ONION
