Chiffon Cake 4 eggs 19cm/20cm mould

Pandan chiffon cake with fresh milk 

4eggs-  20cm mould 

Group A ) egg yolks + 70g caster sugar + 1/4 tea spoon salt or less + 2-3 drops of extract Essense (optional) 

Group B) 80ml Vege oil +115ml pandan juice (I use fresh milk as so hard to get pandan leaves in aus haha) a

Group c) 100g self raising flour + 1/4 tea baking powder 

Do A then add B into A . Then add C into A

Group D) eggs white + cream of tartar + 70g caster sugar

Fold D into A 

Bake 170celcius ( lower rack) for 40-45mins
