Orange Chiffon Cake 23cm 9inch

 Orange Chiffon Cake

Baking Time: 70 minutes (170c) or  50-60 mins (180c) -> adjusting to your oven

INGREDIENTS

  • 7 egg yolks
  • 50 g (¼ cup) caster sugar -> maybe i can reduce to 40g next time 
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 4 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoons grated orange rind
  • 60 ml (4 Tbsp) orange juice
  • 110 g  Cake Flour (but if don' have then use self-raising flour)
  • 7 egg whites
  • ½ teaspoon cream of tartar (or 1 tsp lemon juice)
  • 130 g (2/3 cup) Caster sugar
