80g cake flour

(or you can use 400g all purpose flour) 

5g Instant dry yeast powder 

200ml cold water

16g milk powder

1 egg 

50g sugar

Half teaspoon salt

40g soften salted butter

Chiffon Cake 4 eggs 19cm/20cm mould

Pandan chiffon cake with fresh milk 

4eggs-  20cm mould 

Group A ) egg yolks + 70g caster sugar + 1/4 tea spoon salt or less + 2-3 drops of extract Essense (optional) 

Group B) 80ml Vege oil +115ml pandan juice (I use fresh milk as so hard to get pandan leaves in aus haha) a

Group c) 100g self raising flour + 1/4 tea baking powder 

Do A then add B into A . Then add C into A

Group D) eggs white + cream of tartar + 70g caster sugar

Fold D into A 

Bake 170celcius ( lower rack) for 40-45mins

Tiger baby First Piano Lessons

Tigerbaby has been asking me for a while she wants to learn piano. I did suggested violin ( thinking smaller instrument easier to have at home ) she rejected my idea.

Piano it is! Went searching for private piano teacher and piano school. Decided to go for piano school as want to be sure she is really serious and before investing on a 88key piano (as private teachers want to teach on 88key piano) as decided to get a 61key for now.

Transportation back from paragon is no fun so lets see how this goes

A gift from God.

1st sept i tried my 1st home pregnancy test kit. Fainted 2nd line in morning. Wake hubby up to ask him help check but again was emotionless and say@ u go see doc to check la. And back he went to bed.

Afternoon went to see gp and its confirmed 2 lines. Again.. this news came few days before i was scedule to travel overseas. Guess somethings are meant to be the same. Hehe husband reaction and then timing i found out.

How i feel? Surprise. Very surprise as i didnt expect it though we are trying. But i wasnt as diligent as #1. Hub and i wasnt on strict diet. We didnt take tmc drinks to nurish or to adjust our body. But then onw major factor did happen during that particular month which again happen for my #1. Its called stress. I manage to find a way to resolve it - which was to go on a holiday to korea and thailand.  So guess that one crucial part i think. Haha

Note: to counter stress i also started using essential oils to balance my mood and hormones

Burger: two blur guys @ tanjong pagar

Microwave chicken pie yet when served inside is still cold. Burger served cold. And super tiny slice of tomato tat i cant even see until i open up the burger totally. Apple crumble pie is horrible. Taste like a chunk of flour and again served cold.  For the pricing of all the food really worse than macdonalds! The only thing is the pattie quality is still up for the price.

In the apple pie found a small hard texture thing and suspect is plastic. Told the counter they say they dont know what it is, thats all.

This is my 2nd visit as to give a 2nd try. First visit wasnt that great as well. For sure i wont be going again
